Boarding Fee: $325/month

Horse Boarding Amenities Include:

• 7-stall concrete barn with hay loft.
• Each stall has:
  • Pine shavings
  • Hay rack
  • Feed bucket and water bucket
  • A fan
  • Metal sliding door
  • Feed window facing inside the barn
  • An external window facing outside the barn
• Roundpen
• Two arenas
  • One lit with barrels and jumps
  • One unlit dressage arena
• Pastures
  • Small
  • Medium with 2-stall run-in
  • Large with a group of trees for shade and pond
    • The medium and large pastures can be connected to make one pasture.
    • 3-stall run-in under trees.
  • Extra Large with 3 stall run-in, dressage arena, and tree-lined creek

Base Services Include:

• 2 feedings per day in the stall
• Access to stall whenever you and your horse need
• Cleaning of stalls
• Fresh well water (troughs are cleaned with brush and refilled frequently)
• Quality Hay: Timothy hay fed year round and local Oat and Millet hay fed in season
• Scheduling of routine farrier and vet visits
• Rotational deworming
• Free access to onsite clinics
• Use of miles of trails and arenas

Additional Fee-Based Services include:

• Fly spray
• Fly mask
• Blanketing
• Vet calls

    • Fernando Cardenas, DVM
  Farrier calls
• Beaver Creek Farm's farrier is Andy Henderson.
• Brushing
